Tehnical Project Manager

Our hardware department focuses on product development, starting from an idea and leading to a product suitable for mass production. As a Technical Project Manager, your main role will be to support the development of Cleveron 300-series products, which include parcel lockers for both indoor and outdoor use.

What will be your role in our team?

  • Lead the technical development projects of both existing and new products, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other in-house specialists. When necessary, you will also be involved in customer communication
  • Navigate between different project priorities, ensuring that developments stay on track and progress at the right pace
  • Contribute to the creation of technical documentation by analyzing and structuring various technical aspects
  • Maintain an overview of product versions under your responsibility and create development roadmaps in alignment with internal and external stakeholders
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Cleveron products to facilitate smooth technical communication between different teams

What experience and skills do we expect from you?

  • Previous experience in project management
  • Knowledge and skills in project management methodologies
  • Excellent time management skills – you can handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication skills
  • A natural aptitude for technical problem-solving
  • A team-oriented mindset and the confidence to contribute ideas
  • The ability to make decisions and take responsibility for your actions
  • Attention to detail, systematic thinking, consistency, and strong organizational skills
  • A solution-oriented approach and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
  • In addition to Estonian, you have excellent technical English skills, both spoken and written

You can choose to have the position based either in Viljandi or Tallinn, depending on your preference. You can divide your working time between the office and remote work.

We also provide a dedicated shuttle bus operating on the Tartu-Viljandi-Tartu route, bringing you directly to our office.
