Team Lead for Project Managers

Are you an experienced project manager and an inspiring team leader who thrives on challenges and innovation? Cleveron is looking for a Team Lead for Project Managers to guide and develop our skilled project management team — ensuring smooth workflows and high-quality service delivery.

Your role in the team:

  • Lead and organize the daily work of project managers
  • Support the professional growth of your team members
  • Communicate actively with clients and coordinate project execution in collaboration with partners
  • Map out, improve, and further develop project management processes
  • Oversee sales and production orders, budgets, and related project documentation
  • Coordinate product installation and transportation logistics
  • Collaborate closely with other departments (product development, production, and customer support) to ensure smooth cooperation and resource optimization
  • Prepare project reports to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Participate in the preparation of custom solution offers and tenders
