Service Partner Manager

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Service Partner Manager to build, manage, and optimize our global network of technical service providers. With a presence in 50 countries and 50 partners already today, you will be the vital link between Cleveron and our external partners, ensuring that our high standards for operational excellence, cost efficiency, and technical enablement are met across all markets.
What will your role be in our team?
- Identify and vet new service providers by conducting deep-dives into their capabilities to ensure they meet Cleveron’s technical and operational requirements
- Lead negotiations on SLAs, pricing structures, and liability terms to establish favorable and scalable partnerships
- Proactively develop “Plan B” scenarios and risk-mitigation strategies to guarantee service coverage if a partner fails to meet their obligations
- Track and analyze KPIs to maintain high service standards and accountability across our provider network
- Lead regular audits and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement and strengthen our partner relationships
- Ensure maximum value and budget adherence by reviewing service reports and invoices against contractual agreements
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving critical service failures or complex contractual disputes
- Manage the partner “Success Path” by ensuring they are properly trained on Cleveron hardware and have seamless access to diagnostic tools
- Oversee the delivery of accurate and up-to-date technical documentation to our service provider network
- Act as the voice of the partner by gathering field data on hardware failures and maintenance trends to help our R&D team optimize future locker iterations
What skills do we expect from you?
- 3+ years of experience in service procurement, preferably dealing with technical services
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to draft, review, and manage complex service level agreements (SLAs)
- An analytical mindset with a focus on tracking performance metrics and driving cost control
- Excellent problem-solving skills to manage escalations and ensure continuous business operations
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken); Estonian language skills are a strong advantage
