Full Stack Developer
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our agile Software development team. This role expands beyond standard web development into varied projects, from high-level front-end/back-end web applications to integrations and mobile app — all inevitably linking to the low-level logic of locker controllers.
You will be the bridge between digital services and physical hardware, ensuring our systems are scalable, reliable, and perfectly synced with business needs. You’ll work alongside our developers, UI/UX designers, and software analysts, while collaborating closely with our hardware team to create the world’s most advanced automated delivery solutions.
We develop and manufacture robotic parcel lockers that help retailers like Inditex, DPD, Uniqlo, and ICA streamline their click-and-collect operations. Your code will impact millions of people worldwide—whether it’s running in the cloud or directly on a robotic machine in the heart of a busy city.
What will your role be in our team?
- Full Stack Development: Own the entire lifecycle from design and coding to testing and deployment
- System Ownership: Take a pragmatic and creative approach to launching new tools and products
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively boost the performance, scalability, and reliability of our ecosystem
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with software and hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration
- Documentation: Maintain clear and helpful documentation to support long-term system health
What experience and skills do we expect from you?
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
- If you’re new to embedded software development, we welcome your enthusiasm for diving into hardware-integrated programming
- Strong experience with Java, JavaScript, Flutter, Linux systems, Node.js, ActiveMQ, and Spring Boot
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Professional proficiency in English and Estonian
What we offer you?
- A unique opportunity to create hardware-oriented code solutions that exist in the physical world
- One week of paid extra vacation in addition to the standard annual leave
- Mentorship and continuous opportunities for professional self-development
- An inspiring, smart workspace where we solve complex problems together
- Flexible working arrangements to support your work-life harmony
- Fun team events and a supportive, results-oriented community
